Salt crisp peanuts

Ingredients:

Peanuts
Excipients:
Star anise (a few)
Bay leaves (a few pieces)
Cinnamon (appropriate amount)
Sichuan pepper (appropriate amount)
Dried chili peppers (several)

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon salt
Wash the peanuts and dry them with a paper towel.

Roasted Peanuts:

Spread the peanuts on a baking sheet. Put into preheated air fryer, 175 degrees or 180 degrees, bake for 8-15 minutes. Stir 1-3 times during the cooking process. Remove from air fryer and let cool.

Store in airtight containers at room temperature for 2-3 weeks.

Store refrigerated for 1-2 months.

八角(幾顆)

香葉(幾片)

桂皮(適量)

花椒(適量)

乾辣椒(幾個)

調味料:

1匙食用鹽

花生洗净,用餐巾纸吸干水份。

烤花生:

花生平铺在烤盘上。放入已预热气炸锅,175度 或180度,烤8-15分钟。中途开锅搅拌1-3次。出炉待冷却。

装入封密罐子里,室温可保存2-3个星期。

冷藏保存1-2个月。
